Bead Show Envy

Another year I'm missing out on the Bead and Button Show and didn't get to go to Tucson, either. Sigh. ONE of these years, I'm going to go to at least one of these shows, dernit!
But in the meantime, here's my Friday bead round-up (still posting pics from stuff I purchased back in January LOL):

More of my "I need non-blue beads" purchasing from Etsy.

I liked the unusual shape on these - more "pebble-ish" than round. And love the raku frit and turquoise stringer work. Another Etsy artist.

I have some beautiful faceted smoky quartz beads I thought would be gorgeous with this set along with some pink and white pearls. Yum!

See, I told you I'm addicted to blue :-)

I just loved the bright, cheery colors on these.

Another pink set - I think the cubic zirconias embedded in the flowers add a really elegant touch.

Okay, that's it for today except for a reminder about THE CONTEST. Even if you're not interested in winning the beads, please post about it on your blogs to get the word out. This really is a HUGE giveaway and will be a great opportunity for anybody who loves beads to win a major free haul of goodies.

Thanks and hope everyone has a good weekend!

I LOVE your new beads. You nd I seem much the same, slightly addicted to buying the beads, not just creating with them? I am hoping you will add me to your blg roll :) I notice your stuff in Bead Trends on a few occasions, so far I am in October for the first time and November twice! I am on a roll! Not bad for never having made anything before January :)

O man you sure do have an eye for color! Some folks have it like some can sing. Hope everyone is well in your house, peace for all

Thanks, Marie. And yes, I hide my bead collecting addiction by calling it "jewelry-making" :-)

Thank you, Ruralrose. That's especially nice to hear since I always feel like I am "color-challenged."
