Here is So Cal, we are currently experiencing the phenomenon known as "June Gloom." Heavy coastal fog rolls in each night and sticks around for most or all of the next day. Maybe this is why my most recent designs have featured more wintry or rainy colors? Of course, I do also have a long history of beading summery stuff in the winter and winter stuff in summertime. I'm just odd that way, I guess.
Anyway, here are a couple of things I finished last weekend:
Vintage plastic flowers are from The Beadin' Path. I added goldtone chain and Swarovski crystal pearls.
More of my "Memoire Collection" work - wiring vintage Lucite flowers and leaves to gunmetal filigree and adding gunmetal chain.
A close-up of the centerpiece.
And the clasp.
And these are some beautiful ceramic beads that my friend, Julie, picked up for me on her travels.
I think these will look great with either brass or copper chain, leather cord or maybe some hand-dyed ribbons.
I think this one is my favorite!

Love It!! My fave has to be the necklace. Those flowers are so elegant with the gun metal chain.
I am on my second marriage as it is and he almost left yesterday. So much for having reached a point of support. I don't know what I would do alone with 4 kids...
