100% Germ Free Bead Porn

Seriously - I Lysol'd everything so don't be afraid. Even though I am dying from typhoid-ebola-cholera-dysenteryitisisiisis, the pics are germ-free.

Also, notice that I am using my last, feeble moments of strength so that YOU, my faithful readers, will not go porn-less today.

Reckonize!

Also, thanks to everyone who commented on the Blog-o-versary post and thereby entered themselves to win a wonderful giveaway grab bag o' goodies. If I ever recover, I will get more pictures of the actual giveaway items posted, but trust me...it's good stuff.

In the meantime, here's this week's collection of purchased happiness:

Vintage moonglow lucite beads in a delicious deep teal color.

And in royal blue.

Detailed blue lucite saucers with gold accents.

Pale blue moonglow lucite.

Violet moonglow lucite.

Pale green striped vintage glass bicones.

Vintage milk glass bicones.

Vintage flower metal bead caps. All of the above items came from BlackSheepBeads on Etsy.

Gorgeous glass buttons from CrazyCakes.

Dyed fuchsia jade cherry blossoms. These are so beautiful. I've already made two necklaces using them and then I went out and ordered more. Trust me - you NEED them.

Carved yellow jade rose pendant.

Carved yellow quartz flowers. I used these in a design I started over the weekend (before the plague hit) and they look fantastic! The two yellow flowers and the pink flowers are from Uncommon Beads.

Clear fluted acrylic oval beads.

Carved mother-of-pearl round beads.

Reddish brown agate barrel-cut beads.

Dumorterite rondelles. These plus the three items listed above are from GemmeTresor.

Deep teal enameled disks from Gardanne.

Plum and yellow enameled disks also from Gardanne.

Blueberry enameled metal beads from Barbara Lewis.

Fun and bright lampwork disks from Alisha White - perfect for summer!

Bright green lampwork with blue and purple dots from BlueSeraphim.

Pretty pastel raku beads from MyLampworkGarden.

Etched copper green lampwork beads from Outwest. The pictures does not do justice to these - they are truly incredible in real life with swirls of black, white, copper, turquoise, aqua and green.

There. That should hold you all for a while. Hopefully, long enough for me to recover, but in the meantime, I have a date with a bottle of Nyquil and an extended run of unconsciousness.

Oh My what a selfless Bloglandian sister you are!! :) To always be thinking of your fellow kindred spirits even while on your death bead!!

Actually kiddo, try to get some well deserved rest this weekend. Plenty of fluids (make sure some is an electrolyte replenisher, like Gatorade, or pedialyte)

Best cure for the "Ague" - buy a bottle of Glenfiddich whiskey, drink said contents in one go and rub chest with empty bottle. Guarantee you'll be feeling no pain. :P

Enjoy the day!

Ah, my favorite part of the week! The best part about your bead porn is finding new vendors on Etsy.

Here is my home cure. Boil a cinnamon stick in water to make a strong tea. Add honey, lemon, and tequila. For reals! Works good (or maybe the tequila just makes it seem like it works good LOL!)
