Okay, continuing with the “song” theme, I’ve got a fun little trip down memory lane for you. Check out Billboard’s Flashback List and find out what song was #1 on the important dates of your life (day you were born, married, etc.)
Here’s my list:
I was born on June 18, 1965 and the #1 song that day was "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch)" by The Four Tops. Must be the reason I’m so sweet! Okay, yeah, I know…gag!
I graduated from high school in June, 1983 and the #1 song was "Flashdance ... What a Feeling" by Irene Cara. Figures.
It’s weird how the majority of important dates in my life occurred in June – like my wedding in 1994 when the #1 song was "I Swear" by All-4-One. It makes complete sense that I have no idea what this song is.
The exception to the “June” rule is the day Ryan was born in January, 2003 when the #1 song was "Lose Yourself" by Eminem. Hmmm…not crazy about this one as I personally think Eminem is both awful and totally overrated. I may have to pick a different song for that day! Actually, I always associate his birth with “All That Jazz” because I was sitting in a theater watching the movie “Chicago” when I went into labor.
Okay, that’s it. Have fun with this and feel free to post your own songs in the comments!

I couldn't get the link to work...but made my way to the site. Here's my song stats...
Day I was born (October 1975)
"Bad Blood" by Neil Sedaka ~ have never even heard it
Day I graduated high school (May 1993)
"That's The Way Love Goes" by Janet Jackson ~ can't honestly say I know this song either
Day I married (December 1998)
"I'm Your Angel" by R. Kelly & Celine Dion ~ alright it's official, I'm radio illiterate, I don't know this song either.
ROFL! I know all those songs! Oh, and I fixed the link. Thanks for letting me know - I'm still getting the hang of this html thing.
"I Swear" is this sappy song that goes "I swear, by the moon and the stars in the sky, I swear, by the shadow that's by your side, I'll be there," etc. I actually kinda like All-4-One. Nice harmonies, but still, sappy. It's a pretty song, though. I kinda like it. I will rip this meme and use it over on the dragonblog *and* katied. :) I'm still trying to get over my jealousy and the sense of betrayal over that satin cord, btw. No love. ;) jenie
Ugh...I hate that song LOL! Kinda fits with what else is going on in my life right now.
