Friends Are The Best!

Just LOOK at what my wonderful friend Lorelei sent me in the mail this week:

For no other reason than just because she is a really nice person.

Well, okay, it MIGHT have been because she was tired of listening to me moan about being on a bead diet and going through withdrawal and my hands shaking and...well, you get the picture!

The lampwork beads are from Sue Beads and the pink bird pendant is from Heather Wynn. I'm not sure who made the clay house beads and the brown squares, but I love them! The orange enamel bead is from Fusion Beads (I think).

Thanks, Lorelei! You totally rock!

KJ
P.S. For those keeping track, the bead diet is officially over. I just couldn't resist the Cyber Monday sale at Humblebeads yesterday. I was doing well until I realized it would be kinda dumb to wait 5 more days just so I could pay full price for the stuff I wanted from her. So, yeah, bead diet over with. The universe can now return to its normal functioning (and so can the economy).

Kelly, you crack me up! I'm glad that the world can now return to normal and that you can get back to shopping! I love the new beads you got. Friends ARE the best! Enjoy, and I can't wait to see what you got from Heather. I have a bunch of Humblebeads in my stash just waiting for the right accents! :)

That Miss Lorelei is the best! She has the best stash around. (Makes the package I just sent you pale...but remember it is the thought that counts!)
Thanks goodness the bead diet is officially over! (For the record, I bought from Humblebeads too! And now my other beady friends will be happy to see me return!)
I think that we should declare right now that 2010 should be a year of sharing, not hording! Who's with me on this? Let's make things with what we've got. Let's share our extras with those beady friends we love. I think I could probably get by on a whole years' worth of a bead diet (but where would the fun be in that...and the economy needs us KJ!)
Enjoy the day, friend!
