More of the sale stuff I got from Earthenwood - I just forgot to post it when I posted the others.
Some great fall ceramic beads from Mary Ann Carroll. I don't know why, but I'm really into the whole clay and ceramic thing lately. I'll probably always be a lampwork girl at heart, but it's nice to have other options - especially since lampwork can be so pricey!
More of the same - I like to make sure I'm going to have enough beads for a design.
Some cute Thai silver flower charms. There are actually three in the set, but there were only two in the picture on Etsy - not sure why.
Soochow jade may be my new favorite stone. The colors are just so yummy.
I was really surprised when this ceramic bead from Little Cup on Etsy arrived at my house. It's HUGE. I love it anyway, but doesn't it kind of seem like the center of the flower is, I dunno, looking at you? Like some kind of alien eyeball?
Just me?
Okay, then. Moving right along...
Really cute ceramic heart link from Little Cup. I love aqua and red together. So happy.
Love the colors on these disk beads. These are going to make a very cheerful, happy bracelet with loads of dangles and crystals. I can already see it...
I love the deep, dark and mysterious colors in these beads from Beads of Passion on Etsy. I'm seeing some gold spacers and Purple Velvet Swaros...
Okay, that's it for this week. Hope you had a good time!
If I can ask a favor - I need some good thought/prayers/whatever for this weekend. The Ex is coming to see the kidlet for the first time in almost a year and I really need this to go well! Especially since I have to "supervise" the visit. I need patience and wisdom (and possibly a barf bag) to get through it.
Thanks and hope everyone has a good weekend!

gaw-geous! seriously - so eclectic this time! loving mary ann carroll's work... and i too am a big fan of soochoo jade... i like the shape you got!
I am sending you happy (and barf-free) thoughts!
I would also send you a tall margarita, but that doesn't go too well over an email.
Remember..."every day may not be good but there is something good in every day"...be sure to tell us what your "something good" was after the visit!
Enjoy the day!

In a YEAR????? That's just horrible. What a terrible father - unless you tell me he was held hostage in Columbia and he's a priest, or he was in jail for refusing to give the name of a source for a newspaper story, then there's just no excuse. I wish you well. Oh yeah, nice beads!
Love the beads!! Pictur all your blogging gal pals standing behind you holding you up. We are there sister!! I will pray that it goes well for you and for your son.
Hugs!!

I agree with Sue Beads!! Is he a deadbeat? Or was he in a vegetative state for a year because of a tragic skydiving accident and only just woke up? Well, kidlets love their deadbeat dads too, just the way it goes, unfortunately. I loved mine and he didn't do much to earn it.
LOVE your ceramic beads! and the soochow jade! I bought a couple strands of "apple jade", I think it must have been the same thing, and barely kept myself from eating it, it was so YUMMY! Thanks for the synonym, maybe now I can find more!!
Good luck Kelly, I hope all goes well! Love the beads this week! Those disks are bright cheery colors! Since you are not buying beads for a bit, maybe you can make yourself something nice as a reward for getting through the weekend! :) Let us know how it works out!
Just stopped by from Skye Jewels...love the beads!!!
All the best to you with your visit...
Cheers
Those Beads of Passion beads are unbelievable! Lots of positive thoughts your way for dealing with the skydiving comatose Columbian hostage deadbeat :)
The Jde looks like jelly beans mmm...
good luck this weekend and remember it's about the kid now. If things don't go perfect, let it be his dad's fault not yours.Be the goddess that your kid believes you are, live out those queenly divine qualities.
Wishing you the patience of a saint, cuz you'll need it!
Are you sure, the soochow jade beads you bought are "stony" (??? excuse my english!) and not jelly beans?
And for the we: I'm sure, you're knowing, what to do with lemons ;-)
Best wishes to you and your son
Annette ;-)))
