Second Dose

It feels SO GOOD to be headache free today!

Also...I have 149 followers as of today! ONE MORE to get to 150. Who will it be? I'm so excited to find out. You never know - Miss (or Mr., I suppose, but it seems less likely) 150 might get something special from me to commemorate the occasion :-)

I am having SO MUCH FUN playing with resin and resin ideas. I just love the fever of a new artistic obsession. I'm in that phase where I can see zillions of possibilities in my head when I'm driving or in the shower (don't laugh - some of my best ideas come to me in the shower and in high school and college that's where I would always go to start mentally writing a term paper) or heck even when I'm asleep. I've got so many cool ideas that I'm even envisioning a new Etsy shop selling pendants and charms. Well, okay, not so much selling as LISTING FOR SALE and then holding my breath til I turn purple and fall down (at least, that's how things are going with my existing shop...sigh).

But I don't care. Most great artists weren't appreciated til after they were dead anyway, right? Maybe my descendants will make a fortune selling off all my crap after I'm gone and then I can get that beaded headstone I want so much.

Hmmm...I've maybe had too much Diet Coke today and should shut up now.

On with the drooling!

I'm starting to wonder if it's possible to have too much of Cathy Dailey's amazing stuff? The Magic 8 Ball in my brain says: NO! Whew! I was worried there for a minute.

Sterling silver triple-hole floral connector and flying bird charm from Sweet Rock Candy Beads.

This hand-carved polymer clay angel wing is from Floridity on Etsy. I liked this earthy version, but it comes in turquoise as well.

Beautiful Greek ceramic washers and tubes from AdobeSupplies on Etsy. I used the tubes and the blue washers in my "Tribal Crescent" necklace and it turned out to be one of my favorite pieces of all time!

Some very colorful pieces from Jade Scott - just bursting with spring colors!

Impression jasper rondelles, mother-of-pearl drops, pink jade drops and blue chalcedony faceted rounds are all from GemmeTresor on Etsy.

Three sets of fun and funky lampwork disks from Blue Seraphim on Etsy.

Yummy tri-color disks from Outwest on Etsy.

Happy weekend! I'll be back on Monday if I don't pass out from breathing too many resin fumes!

Hi, I'm Michelle. And, I too, am a shower thinker! It's when I get ideas or remember something...maybe massaging my head is good. Love the new pretties...the impression jasper is gorgeous! Way to go! I hope, one day, to have your number of followers!
Bead Happy!
